In 2009 Iemanja Tourism implemented the program management SIGO (syatem Introduction to Organizational Management) quality. The badge is ortorgado by the Ministry of Tourism of Argentina and the Argentina Chamber of Tourism, and is part of a series of programs that are aimed at achieving competitiveness in tourism through quality services. 

"Last May the SIGO program (Initial Organizational Management System) reached Misiones Province to provide necessary tools, training and support to micro, small and medium tourism entrepreneurs. The main objective was based on providing for each firm can lead the conduct of their business towards modernization, through the adoption of management systems and quality standards and world class service to meet the needs of their internal and external customers, and achieve greater profitability and competitiveness."

"In the province of Misiones 26 tourism companies joined the 3 months training, 8 were from the provincial capital, 6 from Oberá and 12 from Puerto Iguazú."

"To finish the course, trainers assessed participants by observing the implementation or tools provided in each company."
